SALES MANAGER
(Working location: Lai Chi Kok)
Duties:
- Explore new business opportunities and cultivating relationship with potential customers.
- Research updated market trend/competitors activities/customer needs;
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company KPI;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions, ensuring customer requirements are met and exceeded.
- Prepare sales profile, proposals, quotations and negotiations to secure new business and maintain client relationships.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and budget to senior management
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above or relevant industry certificate
- At least 3 years or above sales experience in air/ocean/logistics freight forwarding
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good analytical, planning, independent, self-motivated and target-oriented
- Fluent in both spoken and written English, Japanese speaking is an advantage
- Occasional travel to PRC is required
- Immediate available is preferred
