SALES MANAGER  

(Working location: Lai Chi Kok)

Duties:

  • Explore new business opportunities and cultivating relationship with potential customers.
  • Research updated market trend/competitors activities/customer needs;
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company KPI;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions, ensuring customer requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare sales profile, proposals, quotations and negotiations to secure new business and maintain client relationships.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports and budget to senior management

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above or relevant industry certificate
  • At least 3 years or above sales experience in air/ocean/logistics freight forwarding
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good analytical, planning, independent, self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English, Japanese speaking is an advantage
  • Occasional travel to PRC is required
  • Immediate available is preferred
